Happy Hour at The Chateau Wine Market
Wednesday, March 22nd was the date of our Happy Hour at the
Chateau Wine Market in the Knox/Henderson area and we had a great
turnout.  Many new members as well as some long time members
showed up to soak in this magnificent wine store/bar.  

The Chateau Wine Market had a fantastic list of both white and red
wines by the glass.  Some of the stand-out wines of the evening were a
Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon and an Italian Bordeaux blend that was
out of this world.  There was also a very unusual Italian white wine that
was dry, but had a lot of tropical fruit flavors, including bananas.

It was great meeting the newest members and certainly a lot of fun
catching up with those that have been with us for a while.  In fact, this
event was so much fun that I think we should do it again this year some
time.  Perhaps as it gets a little warmer we'll have another happy hour
down there again.  

I apologize for the lack of pictures.  That's what happens when I start
drinking wine and socializing.  I forget all about the camera around my
neck!
