Happy Hour at The Wine Market & More
Our first event of the year was a happy
hour at the Wine Market and More in
downtown Dallas.  We had an excellent
turnout, around thirty five people
showed up.  James Jordan of the Wine
Market and More selected five wines
for us to sample for the evening
including a pinot noir from Sebastiani,
which appeared to be the big hit of the
evening, a Spanish blend from Vega
Sindoa comprised of Tempranillo and
Cabernet Sauvignon, a Cabernet
Sauvignon from Santi Rita, a Zinfandel
from Murphy-Goode, known as
Lyars's Dice & the latest Shiraz
fromYalumba Estates.  

It was a great way to kick off the year.  
The Wine Market and More extended
us 20% off all selected wines and 10%
off all the remaining wines in the store.
 So with that in mind, many of us
wandered throughout the store with a
glass of wine in our hand looking for
the ultimate bargain.  I think everyone
had a great time and we are all looking
forward to the next event in February!
