Here is a list of food items that make an ideal pairing

·        BBQ Chicken wings, veal and pork pates

·        Pancetta, proscuitto, salami, andouille, chorizo or
Italian sausage, cold cuts

·        Blue cheeses like Gorgonzola or Maytag, goat
cheese, hard aged cheeses like Asiago, Parmesan or
Reggiano, pungent cheeses, Mild Cheddar, Fontina,
Gouda, Jarlsberg or Swiss and soft rind cheeses like Brie
or Camembert

·        Chicken that has been grilled, sautéed, broiled,
roasted or marinated in herbs and grilled, chicken
cacciatore, chicken in mushroom or red wine sauce, Coq
au vin, roasted Cornish hen, duck, turkey or goose

·        BBQ Beef, beef kebab, beef stew, Beef
bourguignonne, beef with tomato or red wine sauce, filet
mignon, steak au poivre or grilled, roast beef, prime rib,
pot roast, meatloaf, lamb that is grilled, braised, roasted
or sautéed

·        Osso buco, pork chops that are grilled or roasted,
pork tenderloin, veal chops grilled, roasted or sautéed,
