Port Wine Food Pairing
Here is a list of food presented by Harvey Steiman from the
Wine Spectator that makes an ideal match with Port Wines
with a few suggestions of my own:

·        Baked fruits and nuts

·        Light cakes like; angel food, spice cake and coffee cake

·        Chocolate-based cakes, pies and brownies

·        Cheesecake

·        Light and airy cookies

·        Richer cookies like; chocolate or peanut butter

·        Chocolate candy or truffles

·        Chocolate mousse

·        Basically anything chocolate

·        Blue veined cheeses like; Stilton or gorgonzola
