your Valpolicella wine:

Italian sausage, cold cuts

·        Semi-hard to firm cheeses like; Bel Paese, Fontina,
Gorgonzola, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Pecorino Romano

·        Heavily seasoned chicken, turkey or other fowl
dishes

·        Meat dishes, roast beef, beef stew, steak fajitas,
flank steak, hamburgers,etc…

·        Osso buco, pork chops that are grilled or roasted,
pork tenderloin, veal chops grilled, roasted or sautéed,
