Red Zinfandel Food Pairing
Here is a list of food presented by Harvey Steiman
from the Wine Spectator that makes an ideal
match with Red Zinfandel Wines with a whole
bunch of suggestions of my own:

·        Roast, steak, hamburgers, beef ribs, brisket,
Beef Wellington and beef jerky (Hey you could if
you wanted to!)

·        Rack or leg of lamb and lamb chops

·        Pork chops cooked in a variety of ways,
even spicy, spare ribs

·        Chicken prepared with barbecue sauce or
with a little spice heat, squab or pigeon

·        Venison or buffalo

·        Red sauce based Italian dishes like; Chicken
Parmigiano, Lasagna, or pasta in Marinera sauce,
Pizza

·        Some Mexican entrees like tacos or tamales

·        Hard cheese like Parmigiano or Romano

·        Firm and savory cheeses like Cheddar
